Exceedingly well built and very neatly finished; at this price point, excellent value for the money paid.Having used this belt for a while already, I have no doubt as to its durability and I expect it will last a long time.Not sure if it is genuine Leather as claimed though, as it has a synthetic feel to it.Doesn’t really matter as it definitely looks like genuine leather, and is very comfortable to wear as well.Over all, full marks. It’s a good buy.

Pros:1) adjusts to any waist due to its design2) genuine leather exterior (the visible stripes only)3) Used it for almost 3-4 yearsCons:1) if any of the woven leather stipes get ripped the belt is useless2) The core of the belt is not made of genuine leather, it's made of compressed paper powder or whatever the technical name is for the process3) The leather used is thin split leather layer with heavy paint on top and the paint peels off eventually.

Very nice and durable product. Fix to west as required. Best quality leather with brand name.

Expensive ... But good quality and looks very sturdy and durable. Cannot comment or gauge on longevity at present. Advantage is 1) there is provision for cutting and shortening the length as per your requirement and 2) Belt can be adjusted to suit your waist and comfort level as it is braided belt.
