Yes this is the item I received but caution you if there's a bait and switch comment now. Amazon was of no help when I experienced bait/switch on diff product.

On the back of the package it shows Ethyl Alcohol 62%. (JW)

Yes, they do. That's all I use them for, to clean my hands. As far as I know, they sanitize your hands. That's why I bought them. I've also used them to wipe down the steering wheel in my car especially when I go to the gas station. I believe they have alcohol in them which sanitizes.
