Very good and effective sterliser
Very happy with the purchase. It has made bottle sterilization very simple and easy. Saves a lot of time now, earlier had to boil the bottles but with this one, it's quick and hygenic too. The bottles do not come in manual contact and outside environment and remain clean and fresh too.

Good one
Product is good. I like the dryer and sterilizer. Holds good amount of bottles but I just don't like the beep sound at the end. It beeps 3 times and loudly. Wakes up every one.

Good product
Really liked the sterliser as it's very easy and quick to use. The feeding bottle maintanence is also easy with this sterliser. Happy that this ensures no germs are there in the bottles and helps me avoid boiling the bottles in hot water on gas like earlier.Go for it if you use feeding bottles in home for babies

Very good product for working moms
Very nice product for working moms. No need fill up a vessel then wait for water to boil then dip the bottles and look if they do not touch the edges. It's so simple just place your bottles and nipples inside and add a little water and there you go, bottles are sterilized within 9 minutes

Product stopped working and Horrible customer care support
Not happy with the sterilizer. It stopped working in a couple of weeks. My return window closed by then. When contacted Amazon directed me to the seller R for Rabbit. The seller is least interested in following up. It's been a month after fulfilling their requirements of uploading a video, returning the product.I have not received refund...have not heard from them. I have to do all the Hassel while taking care of a 4Month old. The seller expects me to wait to sterilize my baby's bottles till they repair or replace the product..for more than a month?? Is this how you treat your customers who are mostly new moms??Extremely frustrating experience.

Great product
A must have for new parents. This is a quality product at a competitive price compared to philips avent and chicco. Quality of material and the working of steriliser is top notch. It is super user friendly and safe. Go for it without hesitation.

Good Sterlizer. Good customer care service.
The sterlizer worked perfectly for few days but then it stopped heating, though the timer was still running. I contacted the R for Rabbit customer care and they were prompt in their response. They asked me to send a video of the problem. After that they promised to replace the bottom part as it is still in warranty. Will post further on getting the new bottom unit.The people who are complaining about the scale - the same issue is with the Phillips sterlizer(have one of those).

Small dots appears on hot plate after first use itself.
I agree with another reviewer here, small dots appears right from the first use. At from that its working fine for me till now. Takes 9 minutes to sterilize the baby products. Serves the purpose. The price is great too. Indian brand so happy to support it as well.
