Q: Will this easily break automotive glass?

They broke the drivers side window in the product demo video on the product page. Looked like little effort.

Q: The clip on the pen become very loose. Both screws on the clip just spin and do not tighten. And ideas?

Same thing happened to me, resulting in the clip falling off. I keep that one in a pen holder in my desk and ordered another one to keep in my portfolio

Q: Primarily the “switch button”, is it normal for it to be reeeeally difficult to press? My thumb is bruising.

I switched the spring with another pen.

Q: Can I use Schneider Topball 850 refills?

The pens use our own cartridge. We have not tested on the Schneider, but it likely won't work as our cartridge is constructed different.
