EX1 is a dual cure emulsion recommended for plastisol inks. EX1 has excellent water resistance. Diazo is added in the normal way by first adding room temperature water, agitating and then adding the solution to the emulsion. Allow the emulsion to stand for at least 30 minutes to ensure any air bubbles introduced during mixing are released. This emulsion washes out with ease. No more washing out the dot's.
