Good product. Comes with CD and Product key. Just need to insert the product key and it will get activated for 3 years. 240rs per year is a good deal. Just make sure current product is simliar and original key is intended for single user i.e was not part of bulk pack which comes with 5 or 10 keys and all the keys will get activated by same day whether you use them or not.

I recently renewed my quickheal license successfully using the key provided with this quick heal renewal and upgrade pro pack. I received the CD on 3rd of July, 2021. My antivirus license was going to expire on 8th of July, 2021. I renewed it on 4th of July, 2021. Now when I open the quick heal window, the license expiration date is extended to almost 3yrs and 2 months. So, in my experience, the product is genuine. And they have also provided a user guide with the pack, for easy installation or renewal of your quick heal license. Thank you.

It did not work on our system (HP windows 2018)

I bought this upgrade pack as i felt it would be value for money for existing quick heal user. The pack is indeed a value for money as i got 3 year single user licence for 700 INR. however ther is big risk in buying upgrade pack, as more often the product version doest match. the installation is not easy either. i followed instruction manual. every time it used to say the code is not valid. finally i tried factory reset of my computer and installed the quick heal which I was using and then installing upgrade. so it took almost 2 days for simple installation of anti virus. Finally I would suggest do not opt for upgrade. Instead buy a new version anti virus. It is simpler to use. Otherwise dealer should put detailed decription of upgrade pack i.e compatibility of versions,
