Q: Can you use this on braids please?

Yes it can be used on braids. It's quite watery so you don't need a lot. A few sprays and rub it in, pat or leave it to soak in itself. Depends how you would usually do that sort of thing. Good product. Smells nice also.

Yes it can be used daily. I bought it for my daughter and uses to add moisture to here hair.
