Great, small, quiet fan
This may sound strange but I actually purchased this little fan to dry my dishes on my dish rack after hand-washing. It is fairly quiet and perfect size for counter top (like what I use it for), or for desk top or in a small area. Puts out a nice breeze for it's small size.PROS:1) whisper-quiet. You can use this in a cubicle or in any quiet place and it won't make any distracting noise.2) runs on USB port but you can easily plug that into any USB to AC plug-in adapter. I plug my fan into a wall outlet using an adapter.3) good air movement for the small size of fan4) tilts way up or down so you can set it up on a shelf or down on the floor and "aim" it up or down as desired5) NICE PRICE!6) Available in black color (the one I purchased), so there's no weird bright clashing colors if you just want this to blend in.CONS:1) Very minor one: no speed adjustment. Only one speed. Not a problem for me though, as the speed seems to be ideal and I wouldn't adjust it from where it's set. Adding adjustable speed would just raise the cost, and I'm happy with the price point as it is.2) Cord is not long enough if you want to put this on the floor and say, plug it into a laptop USB. You may need to extend the cord. The cord is 45" to 46" long (depends on how tight you stretch it). But for me, the cord provided is plenty long enough, and I'd prefer not to have too much extra cord and also keep the cost low like it is.Overall a great little fan.

A gem of a fan and super efficient.
Very impressive for it's size and very low power draw. I hooked it up via an AC USB hub connected through my very accurate watt meter and measured 2.4 watts at the single speed. That's about what a small night lights draws and running 8 hrs per day 5 days per week for a month would cost about 8 cents at the national average of 20 cents per kilowatt hour (2.4W X 160hrs = 384 watts per month). As a single person desk or table fan the air flow is surprisingly strong and very quiet. The unit is feather light but seems very well made. A gem of a fan for what it's designed for. Update (June 10) I used my KWH cost which is higher than for most of the country so for most the monthly cost I cited is even lower. I have many fans of this size and I've noticed that when powered off the blade spins far longer than any other I've tested, one reason along with a very efficient blade and motor design to account for the astounding performance to power ratio here. My previous favorite 6" fan is a room essentials clip model pulling 12.3 watts at low speed. Hard to precisely compare output compared to this 7" DC 2.4 watt model but I'd estimate this little wonder throws at least 75% as much air at just under 1/5 th the power consumption. Amazing! It's also a little quieter.

Runs forever non stop, perfect for RV
Someone at work had this and said its runs forever. About 5 years ago I bought one that is still above my bed for warm summer nights. The 2nd one has been running non stop to cool my projector as I don't climb up and turn it off. These are quiet, strong, only use usb power which is great for camping, RV, etc. I used a coax type metal cable mounting bracket and belt it a little around the base. It hold it on the wall perfectly above my bed and I can tilt it easily. The button switch is perfect. I use a usb extension to go from the RV usb outlet near the bed.I hope they get these back in stock. I have been meaning to order a few more for the future.

Really good fan for the price
Recently, the USB fan I had been using at my desk at work began to only work intermittently. Even though the temperatures have been bitterly cold, I like to keep a USB fan at my desk because there are times when the sun beats into the window and it can really get warm, and I also appreciate just moving around the air sometimes. This fan is bigger than the fan I had been using, but it is not too big. The cable is a good length for my use, but it could be a little short for some people. The simple stand design is sturdy enough and keeps the fan stable. I worry about the longterm durability of the fan, because it seems to be made of very light plastic. Personally, I really like the way the power switch works, but I could see how it could be a problem for some. It is a simple push button switch about 4 inches up the cable that comes out the back of the fan. It works great for me for my placement. Most of all, I'm impressed with the volume of air that it moves. It provides a pretty good breeze for a USB fan. It's quiet, and it moves the air well. It is definitely useful in an office setting.

Very efficient and quiet...perfect for camping
I am very impressed with this little fan, for camping purposes. I am blown away by how efficient it is, compared to the previous fan I was using. Using the Pinty 500 watt inverter/lithium battery on amazon, my old 15 watt fan might run 6-8 hrs, but usually couldn't get through whole night. With this fan, it runs through entire night, on 5% of the power the previous one used. That is huge, and i don't think i need another battery now. I can run a led light and this fan on less than 10% of battery, for entire night. Very quiet and keeps me just cool enough. Great product and i will be buying another. I am looking forward to experimenting w multiples of these fans on same battery.

Nice little fan, gets the job done!
I adore this little fan! I needed something for my desk at work and this little guy fit the bill perfectly. It's small, but not tiny (see attached photo - pen for scale), and produces a decent airflow. It's lightweight and moves air pretty strongly for its size. It is powered by a USB charger, which honestly was a huge selling point for me. Electrical outlets are hard to come by and plugging it into my computer makes it easy to place wherever I need it on my desk! I also like that the on/off switch is just a little button, making it easy to click on and off as needed. The only downside is that it only has one speed. Other than that, I'm perfectly happy with my little fan! :)

Quiet, very light
Very light, so much so that it feels like it would be very easy to break. It's very quiet, however the entire fan vibrates when running. It moves a decent amount of air, but I liked the OPOLAR F501 much better.
