Bottles won’t open
Paid almost £90 as on offer and the tops won’t twist open so cannot use? Can these be replaced?

bottles/containers are not good
Push/press button for one of the bottle did not work and I have to move the shampoo to another bottle (I had previously) to be able to use it. For other bottle (conditioner) it did work but once the dispenser comes out, you cant close the bottle with lid as it press the dispenser and conditioner flows out.
