Browning is a staple in my kitchen
This product is good for adding a nice caramel, brown, or chocolate look to pastries. I also use in some of my meat dishes

Used to add that rich dark Christmas cake colour. Will take praise but keep it my santa secret

Not good at all
Usually buy this brand for spices. Was really disappointed about this, it wouldn't come out of bottle, too thick and it tasted so bad. I just couldn't use in my cakes. I just had to bin it

Great for darkening cakes, or browning meat
Gives meat a dark colour when browning which I like. When I'm making black cake by adding it gives the perfect dark colour
