Does improve my trailcam signal!
I hunt in an area in Arkansas that 90% of the time has little to no signal. In my stand my Verizon phone only gets 1 bar when leaned against 1 window and can NOT be moved or it looses signal. I have 1 of my SpyPoint cellular trail cams 30 yards from my stand and at best it only ever got a 25% signal and rarely, if ever, transmitted any pics. Well I finally broke down and bought 1 of SpyPoint's Long Range antenna and hooked it up. It IMMEDIATELY started transmitting pics to my phone! I now have a 50% signal and recieve pics ever time something activates the camera. I will admit that once in a while after the signal drops back to 25% but for no more than a few minutes. I have ordered a 2nd antenna and will be installing it on my other SpyPoint trail cam asap!

Will not buy from SPYPOINT AGAIN
I purchased this product at a "solve all" solution. I have the Link-Micro and it worked well for about 6 months. When I set it back up for this hunting season it was showing a signal but not transmitting them to my phone. I chatted with customer support at SpyPoint and they said that it was a signal issue and I needed this antenna to transmit better. I updated the firmware and ordered the antenna. I was able to get pictures, but now it has stopped again. I have over $200.00 in a camera and add on antenna and it doesn't work. The cameras that are not transmitted to my phone that I paid one third the cost for are still working fine and have not had any issues.I personally think the SpyPoint product suite is not worth the cost. I have had nothing but issues with mine and my two friends that purchased theirs at the same time have had too many issues as well to continue to mess with them.

A boost for a remote location with weak Cellular signal
We have our first trail camera (SpyPoint LINK-S-V). Its deployed in a very remote, heavily wooded area, that has a weak cellular signal. Oh, and its 10+ hours from our home. Finding a Trail Camera was hard enough. Having built in solar was a bonus. Having the ability for an internal high capacity lition ion battery as backup should the solar battery be depleted is a great feature. Having the ability for an external (passive --meaning its not a powered antenna) antenna is great.Using some advice I found only, I mounted the CA-01 onto the end of some PVC pipe. I have three section to allow me to extend the anntenna 15', plus at high as I could reach, into the air. 15' of pvc can flex, so I placed some nylon cable (fastened to the pvc) at three different locations. This nylon cable is 15' long as well. Using that cable I could securely lash the cable from the top, middle, and bottom of the PVC to the tree in which the camera was mounted. Our Verizon signal strength varies from zero bar, to 4 bars on both an android and apple phone. Using the CA-01 antenna, our trail camera varies between 50% and 100% signal strength. I've read review that some folks do not see a great difference when using the CA-01. However in my deployment, with the Antenna nearly 20' higher than the antenna would be on the camera certainly made a great help. Now we get to enjoy trail pictures from our land (10+) away sent to us wirelessly. Thank you SpyPoint for having this option.Pros:- lightweight- long (15') cable- reasonable price- small in size- mounting flexibilityCons:- None yesThe size and thickness is also a strange metric. I'm happy with the size and thinkness, so 5 starsThe cables do not stretch much. I dont see the value in 1 - 5 stars for this.

No more bars (2), but did enable picture traansmission; but, camera: moving night shots are blurry
Like others have said, I saw no increase in the bars displayed; yet, it had enough impact to allow picture transmission. However, the Spypoint Flex-S camera disappointed because moving animals in night photos “smear” like shutter speed was too low to stop the action

Makes low service great!
This thing is amazing! I use a camera to watch my bees. They’re in an area of very low cell service. With this I can watch, listen, everything!
