I used this to protect a small wireless screen I needed mounted outside and under my RV. I used double sticky foam tape on the inside to cushion and make sure things didn't bounce around. So far the box is holding up well for a cheapy. I wouldn't trust it in the weather forever without first treating it with 303 protectant or armor all or something as I think the sunlight will play havoc on it. I sealed up around the edges with silicone and it hasn't leaked a drop. I drilled a hole in the back to pass the wires through and used a rubber gromet and more silicone to seal up that part and it worked. Overall, this is the best bang for your buck at this price level. Nice sturdy plastic enclosure with rubber gasket.

I ordered this box to use as a housing for a custom relay harness and a voltage regulator that's going in my car. So far , the box has worked tremendously well. It seems well made, and the plastic seems quite resistant. The clear top makes it ideal in cases where you need to see what's inside (maybe a display or an indicator light), and is as sturdy as the rest of the box. The gasket that's supplied is just a thick string of this strange feeling rubber. you cut it to size and stick it in a little channel in the box. It works, but it'snot a very elegant solution. The color isn't great either. The description says it is gray, but mine is a sort of light tan. In my case it doesn't matter since the box is not visible, but it might matter to you. One issue I had is that it came with only 3 of the 4 screws. This means that, while I could close the box, I couldn't get the lid to compress the gasket properly; the corner with the missing screw would not be tight against the box. i contacted the seller and they immediately sent the screws, but it still took a while to get them. This also meant taking apart the front of my car again just to get the screw in. This, and the slightly unpleasant color knock the rating down to 4 stars for me, but other wise it is very good.

A simple box, closed up with screws. Walls are pretty thick as this is intended to be waterproof and usable in all conditions. I did find the walls a little too thick to mount small 2.5mm output jacks, but a hot glue gun on the inside solved that. I got everything wired up and this box contains all of the wiring and allows for a very nice consolidation of power sources.

Served it purpose. Made a remote switch with it.

I used this enclosure to build a 4:1 Unun for my Rybakov vertical antenna knowing full well that it would be drenched every day during the summer by my sprinkler system. In spite of being within soaking distance of my irrigation system every day for three months straight, the interior remained dry as a bone and my station SWR never wavered. It's a great project box for my purposes and I can recommend it to others.

I really like this enclosure box. I'm using it to add a digital temperature fan controller, and a voltage gauge to my mini excavator. I used some calipers to measure the inside of the box, and drew up an insert in Fusion to slide within that I 3D printed out of black PETG. It fit perfect and allowed me to mount both components with ease. If you need a basic electrical project box, and your components will fit within, this is one to give consideration to.

Great box for your Choke Balun Unun or Transformer, don't forget your waterproof vents!

Great Box! Perfect for what I needed. You can cut the standoffs inside the case off, if you need to. probably more standoffs inside the case that you can mount PCB's to would be nice.

This product is made with soft plastic which is easy to work with when drilling and cutting holes. The clear top makes it easy to inspect and see what's going on inside, and encourages you to do a nice job of laying out and construction. The gasket works well, and the box comes with extra screws in case your cat knocks a few off of your workbench. My current project for this box is a power distribution box for my small fishing boat, as shown in the video.
