The size of the book surprised me for a while but I had read, in Stephen King's Memoir on Wiritng included, that this tiny book serves as a starter for every serious writer. And it's just that. Right from cutting out unnecessary words to punctuation, to principles of composition, this book will provide you the basic tools for writing as a novice writer. I intend to keep this book handy whenever I write and that says a lot about how good this book is because I HATE self help and how-to books.

This book deserved 5 start but few printing mistakes irritated me. So far I read few starting pages; quality of content is such a great that I have never read in any other books which I read till now. But those spelling error and other printing mistakes break the rhythm.

It is a beautiful manual that imparts the nuances of writing fluently and effectively. I believe this book is a must read for people from all walks of life. The presentation is so simple that the reader can't resist to get engrossed. The lively and intelligible examples make the task easier and help one grasp the content in one go.

I’m highly amazed to see its worthiness for each person who is willing to speak and write English. Read it, feel it and apply it in your life. It’s a basis of writing and speaking in a very lucid manner.

The book is great but the print from this seller is horrible. Lot of printing mistakes and illegible writings litter the book. It's sad that this book about writing was printed in such a manner to spoil its reputation.

This is a very good book on how to improve your writing skills. Here the author has explained with various examples. There is a lesson on clutters which is really good and has helped me a lot. Anytime I have to write any blog or any email I refer this book to find mistakes in my content. I will highly recommend this book.

The book is about clear writing and contains many helpful topics. The compact size of the book is an advantage, and a few pages are easy to read and re-read.
