I bought this for my husband as he had a sore neck (slept on it wrong I guess) and it was effective with that. But I was blown away at the effect it had on my own knee pain! The tendons on the outside of my knees hurt when I climb steps especially. I gave it a try yesterday morning and I still have no pain on the right knee. That's like 30+ hours so far. You shouldn't use this every day without a doctor's approval. And don't apply heat in the same location as it can cause problems. But now I'll be able to apply it on my knees if I know I'll be doing much walking or stairs. There's no odor, it's clean and easy to apply and I think one bottle will last a while so it's reasonable value for money.

Works pretty well
