Poorly made
Lid broke in under 2 months.The two halves are barely stamped/welded together. We are a small restaurant and we barely even use the thing.Poor product

Just what I needed!
This is a big pot! It looks nice, it heats nice, and I got compliments about it. Remember to put water in the inner pot (up to the fill line) then put the cooking pot in (the one that holds the food/soup) before you turn it on. Also, it has an automatic shut off if it gets to hot. I know this because that's what happens if you dont put water between the two pots. Love it though. Buy it.

UPDATE:It's been 15 months since I bought 2 of these, now one of them is broken. Even on the lowest heat setting it seams to keep heating and boiling the soup thats in it. I will be buying a different one before next soup season.Original review:This is the second one I bought to match the first one. good price. Took a little bit to get used to the insert being tall and skinny, but they work! Easy to clean too.
