温度センサー付きの現代のコンロでは、すぐに高温判定されて消火されたり最弱火にされたりしてしまいます。 一応それでもコンロを見張りながら都度調整してあげることで、遠火のような調理はできました。 軽くて使いやすいので中央部分だけ鍋にくっつくようにして温度センサー対策していただければより良い商品になると思います。

Removable handle is a very good function. It is good for placing it under my cast iron dosa tava. It is also good for roasting brinjal etc.

Love this and works amazing for my gas stove. Used it once already and my rice came out perfect. Didn’t stick to the bottom of the pot.

Perfect for simmer in gas range. My pots always boiled so hard until I got this now things cook slower and evenly.
