Why did you choose this product over others?:Very comfortable. I have a long neck and it was perfect. Fitted in the small pouch it came with loved the straps to fasten on seat behind the head. Great travel pillow! Easy to fold into small bag and easy to attach to suitcase or carry on for ease of carrying about. Good support and love that it’s flat at the back to stop you leaning forward. Very comfortable.

I found these too thin at the back to feel proper support and the suede material you rest your chin on didn’t feel right but I liked the fact that they could fasten to the seat back on a plane stopping you falling forward as you sleep.On balance and after careful consideration I returned them and bought instead the Snuggl ( recommended by a friend ) and when these arrived at a lower price I thought the quality was a step up and had the right level of support all around plus the memory foam was slightly more sturdy and the cover better feel.Another advantage was they came in different sizes so my wife and I both have ones that suit our height and neck size.This type of item is very much a personal choice so can only give my opinion but we are both happy with the alternative and suggest you check them as well before buying.

Having just done a 13 hour flight, this was a godsend. Comfortable and supportive. Easy to strap to the seat, high enough that my neck couldn’t flop in any direction. Works equally well in a car. Could wear headphones with it only slight negative is the slightly tricky clasp at the front

After doing lots of research on pillows for long haul flights I bought this as it was consistently rated as one of the best. How disappointing to then find it is far from the best. Its design feels snug but in actual fact the depth of it was far too deep for the size of my neck. As such it felt bulky and uncomfortable. The fastening that allegedly keeps your head in place is a joke, I had to almost strangle myself if I wanted to keep my head from falling forward. I ended up discarding it on the flight over to Australia and on return flight didn’t even get it out of the bag, waste of time and money! My partner bought a cheaper pillow that was much much better.Totally disappointing and total waste of money, my advice, buy a cheaper pillow and be sure to test it out beforehand as I thought this would be fine and it wasn’t.

Great design & well-made. The straps to fix to a headrest are really helpful and the height of the padding was just right for me. The front clip is also very effective. Very comfortable and I actually managed to get some sleep on a transatlantic flight! Good value.

I was reluctant about spending money on another fad product, but this actually works. I have used this on several flights now and it really helps keep your head and neck in place. There are a couple of improvements that could be made, mostly around neck ergonomics and the comfort of the material. Also, if you have a larger neck, it may not be suitable as it is quite tight. I am only a 16 inch neck in shirt sizes and find it a little tight.
