Doews exactly what it says it does. Boat will slide right off trailer when backing in so make sure you have it secured. Seals all rivets, ribs, pinholes, etc,, Fantsic job on my 14 foot Lowe jonboat.

Very durable, and very smooth and slick! Directions for the apolication process could be a little more detailed, I highly suggest using a paint roller, the product does not brush well. One kit covers the bottom of a 17' grumman canoe, I would suggest two kits for a flat bottom boat over 12'x42"

Purchased this for our airboat that we hadn’t put poly on yet. A pain to apply just because it’s a little labor intensive but it worked really well and protected the bottom of our boat from deteriorating when pulling up on sand bars as well as allowing us to easily glide off with no issues. It held up almost a whole summer season and we go out every weekend. We applied multiple layers to make it extra thick but you could easily do one layer depending what you’re using it for.

I am re doing a 14ft Jon boat, and ordered (2) of the1 part/2part pint size epoxy at the same time. Some how I got one of the items a day early. AWESOME! Used it applied it and went on easier than expected with great results. Second item arrived, it was TWO part 2’s. What am I supposed to do with that… Amazon refunded me no issue but sucks because now I’m am behind on a project, money doesn’t even refund right away. Oh well. Still awesome product and acts just as described if not better! 1 bottle is ENOUGH for 1 coat on my 14fter. Definitely recommend 2 though.

Everything did good except for the pigment. OD just wouldn’t dark OD

My application experience mirrors Flatlander's review from Nov 20, 2023. It was so thick and sticky that it would pull the fuzz off the paint roller. I followed the Fasco website application instructions exactly. Even with maximum pigment and four coats it is translucent. It is NOT like paint. I have spent a lot of time restoring a 50 year old Gheenoe that had been painted three different colors. The bottom is the original brown where I sanded and added fiberglass to the worn-down keel, and it had also been painted beige on 2/3 of the boat. I thought that this would cover all of that, however the bottom is now a calico mixture of white, beige, brown and natural fiberglass. Prior to buying and applying the epoxy, I read the Fasco application instructions, tips and product info on their website, and I haven't found anywhere where it says that this could happen. If I had known, I would have painted the bottom first. It is still curing, so I can't speak to durability or slickness.****01-10-2024 update: It is SLICK! After it cured I flpped it over on the sawhorses to work on the transom. It kept trying to slide off! I had to tie it off to a large anchor to keep it on the sawhorses.
