Solid foamy platform - easy on the knees
Very happy with this. good quality material. easy on the knees. perfect for extensive plyometrics to build stiff ankles and fast feet and balance

Quickness
The size is perfect. I’ve had this Matt for quite a while and it’s held up great. We use it in the garage for doing dots. I have three basketball players in my family and it’s helped improve their quickness.

Works for me but yeah it’s weird
As someone else said, got a Reactor may instead of Power Systems. Also came with a weird baseball home plate looking thing. I just got it for light use at home and already have mats on my floor, so it’s not an issue for me, But is about 1/2 inch thick for those who find that important
