I had been on the lookout for quality buckwheat for years and was happy to find it on Amazon. Earlier I had to order these from Singapore.The buckwheat is of good quality. Slow boil it with salt and a pinch of cinnamon and finish it with Amul's garlic and herbs butter gives this buckwheat a taste of its own and doesn't even need anything to go with it.Low glycemic index, fibers and loaded with vitamins/minerals make this an ideal replacement for rice/wheat for Diabetics and weight watchers.

We have purchased this a number of times. It is a good product delivered consistently. A good buy, no question.

The media could not be loaded. As said 750 g is not relied. Not recommended to others.

i used this product for its good nutrient value esp aminoacids as i am a strict vegan . Taste was good.
