It comes in three different sizes - big, medium and small. I used small as it fits perfect for my knee. The quality is good and you can easily hold the pack using cap to give messages. It relieves pain well. The cloth is well enough to let pass comfortable cold. Good buy.

Fantastic for sport use. Ice stays solid for 3 hours plus and there is no condensation on the outside of the bag to make the rest of the 1st aid kit wet

Bought to use on injured ankle. Worked very well, didn't slip off ankle or become excessively wet as the ice cubes melted. Great value for money. Useful to keep in medicine cupboard.

I had two troublesome teeth extractions and had purchased these before getting my teeth removed...and am so glad I did! The quality is superb. Unbelievably easy to use, and apply. Very flexible in every way...I just wish I had purchased this set years ago as they are also outstanding to combat the migraines I get. Whether I use basic ice cubes (to retain the cold temperature longer), or use crushed ice for specific flexibility, I have not experienced any leaks whatsoever - albeit I have only used the largest of the three, the quality of these suggest to me the other two would also not leak. I have not used them for heat therapy yet, but expect they would work well too for heat. If you are looking for a solution that these ice-bags provide, I highly recommend these in particular, they are a joy to use, and the benefits of using them are awesome!
