Digi-Flex10-0744 Black Hand and Finger Exercise System, 9 lbs Resistance

A few months ago my husband broke his wrist and once his cast was taken off he went to therapy sessions for his hand. The Digi-Flex exerciser was used to help him gain strength and flexibility in his hand and fingers. Once therapy was completed I bought him one so he could continue this therapy at home. He uses it everyday and it produces good results. The Digi-Flex is good for anyone who wants to strength their fingers for example for shooting so I use it too. I definitely recommend it.

Use it when either hand feels swollen or stiff. Keep it in your car.

I like this product as it really strengthens my hands that the quality of life is better. People often take their hands for granted until they have issues like working in the kitchen & any tasks that calls for strong hands. I handle tasks in confidence knowing less risk breaking items in the kitchen, can work with big pans & pots w/o asking anyone to help me. Carrying heavy bags &'other items is a joy.I ordered another digi flex with 9 lbs resistance & will work with it this mth. Digi flex complements strength training with stretch cords.

As expected

This was recommended by my Physical Trainer and I have begun to develop power in my hand's grip that I thought was lost permanently. It is easy to develop a routine that includes using this exerciser several times a day and that is all it takes. This is the strongest version of the series and might be too strong for those whose grip is limited, but I found that even at my advanced age (over 80) it is within useful range.

Recovering from surgey on the arm and needed this for my finger and grip strength after using one in physcal therapy with my intructor. Gets the job done and brings unmatched relief in both my hand, my arm and shoulders. Thank you.

Can do individual fingers and or whole hand, nice tool. I keep mine at my desk and periodically use them while watching video's. They seem to be holding up well.
