Refreshing drink . Stops me from over sweating. A good cold drink !

Taste very good but is it doing its job, I’ve no idea! But it’s nice to have something to grab when you realize there are many sick people in the office or gym… where ever you are !

I have purchased this product twice and rely on it whenever I feel something coming on in terms of a cold. If I am traveling, it goes in my bag; especially if I'm flying on an airplane. My daughter commented on its effectiveness and also attests to its ability to help your body's immunity.

These taste pretty good for sugar free and work well. But they’re fizzy drop ins. So have to give them time to fully dissolve before capping the container.

I drink a lot (3 quarts or more a day) but I don’t like plain water. These tabs are great; 2-3 in my 2 quart water bottle add a nice subtle flavor without breaking the bank.

We’ve used trace minerals products for a lot of things over the years. I love this particular product EXCEPT (this is a big except) it SHOULD NOT have sugar in it!!!!! I overlooked that. If one is using this to quicken immune strengthening, sugar is a terrible idea. Hopefully, they remedy this soon
