Amazing coffee at home, fully customisable
I am extremely happy with this coffee machine. It’s very easy to use and I absolutely love how customizable it is – you can set the temperature, coffee volume, and strength exactly how you like it. The coffee quality is consistently great and tastes just like café-style coffee at home. The milk foam is perfect: creamy, smooth, and ideal for lattes or cappuccinos. I’ve also added a short video so people can hear the noise level during operation; for a fully automatic machine, it’s absolutely reasonable. Overall, this is a fantastic investment for any coffee lover who wants full control over their drink. Highly recommended ☕️

Love it, good coffee machine
Very nice coffee machines, coffee is teasty , milk frofer is ok , machine is very easy to use, easy to clean and it doesn't make a mess around, makes good americano and fantastic espresso, milk frofer is good but it took me a while to get use to it. Good size, and not loud , witch was important for me. Love this coffee machine.

Great machine
Amazing machine and value for money, setup very easy and it looks solid and premium . I was worried about the noise level from other reviews but I think only grinding beans is loud which is as expected! Coffee tastes great, milk frothing works great, I no longer want to have my coffee out. My favourite extra features are the option to make tea/ hot water and additional space for ground coffee for decaf option.

Bean to cup convenience
Box arrived in good time and condition. Inside the cardboard box was another box for the product, which seems overkill. The machine was easy to unpack and set up and there’s some quick instructions to speed things along. I added coffee beans and filled the water container, which is easily accessible from the front of the machine. I powered up the machine which made several noises before issuing hot water to rinse the pipes. The coffee selection buttons light up when the machine is ready to make coffee. The instructions warn you that the first few coffees aren’t drinkable as the machine is optimising itself. The third espresso was much better and very nice. Adding milk to the container allows you to select milk based coffees and it works well. You can get quite a tall cup or glass under the spout which is adjustable. You can also adjust the amount of drink that is dispensed for each type of coffee, optimising each one for the cups you use. I have a large mug and I put in a standard coffee from the options followed by a latte with a good helping of milk. This in effect gives you two shots of coffee. There’s plenty of coffee options I haven’t tried yet and some of them I won’t bother with. Cleaning is very easy, it rinses the pipes when you power on or off automatically. The milk container is easy to clean and there’s a clean button for the milk pipes, which sends waves of hot water through. The grinder unit can be removed and rinsed which is easy to do. After a few weeks of use I can say that this machine is easy to use and makes great coffee. One negative I would say is that you should be able to make steamed milk without having to select the latte option, which could be used to make chocolate or other drinks, but you can’t do that. You can dispense hot water to make tea etc, although I can’t imagine why you would do that. When I first set the machine up I was a bit impatient and was pressing buttons before the machine had finished dispensing the coffee I’d selected. This led to me being confused as to what I was getting, I spoke to the Delonghi help people who was very good and sorted me out in no time. Very happy with the machine and would recommend if you want bean to cup convenience with a very nice coffee result, you won’t be happy with Costa after this!

Surprisingly Good Results — Even With Cheap Beans!
My brother bought the De’Longhi Eletta, and after trying his machine, I couldn’t resist the Black Friday deals and ended up getting the De’Longhi Magnifica S. I chose this model because I prefer frothing milk manually instead of using an automatic milk frother. The steam wand on the Magnifica S is more powerful than I expected. It’s not quite at café level, of course, but it’s definitely good enough for me. I’m currently using Tesco’s cheapest coffee beans, and despite that, the results are surprisingly impressive. As long as you set the grind a bit finer (around level 2), make the water slightly hotter (yes, this machine allows you to adjust the water temperature), and increase the dose a little, the coffee that comes out is absolutely respectable. The rich crema alone makes my whole morning. To me, there’s not much difference between this and my brother’s Eletta. The only noticeable difference is the noise. The Eletta is genuinely quiet — even the grinding sound isn’t sharp — whereas the Magnifica S is definitely loud. But honestly, since it only makes noise once or twice a day, it doesn’t really bother me.

Starts well then breaks down repeatedly
It was brilliant for the first 10 months or so then developed a fault where it failed to pour the right amount of coffee. It would beep then cut off the flow. It was sent for repair in march/April and worked fine until November where it developed the same fault again. Another repair arranged, parcel force then failed to collect 3 separate times before finally sorting themselves out. Came back and again worked fine until the start of January where the same fault reoccurred! Resent off for repair, came back pretty quick and was informed the flow meter wasnt activating so it had been replaced. Not even 1 day later the same fault happened again and then 2 new faults appeared too. Utterly ridiculous. It has now been arranged to go for a 4th repair despite me now requesting a replacement, apparently only the technicians can make that call. So away it will go again and we'll see what happens. Each repair has been done under warranty however I have been several weeks without my £300+ machine, if not longer and have had the same fault for the best part of a year which they have failed to fix 3 times. I have spent several hours, possibly 10 or 11, just on the phone as every time you call them you end up in a queue for at least 30 or 40 minutes before even getting through. Not happy at all.

Great Java
A great coffee machine. We have had one at home for 10 years that has been to Cairo and back used daily and still going strong. Tend to use just the long black and expresso functions. This one purchased for holiday home. A funny story for the 10 year old machine. Shipped to Cairo after 4 years use, pugged in and would not work. Found a guy who stated could repair it, took the machine in my car to the shop. I was not enamoured with the shop so loaded in the car and took it home. A couple of days later plugged it in and Viola, it worked and has been going strong ever since. Moral being, if the machine stops working take it for a drive in the car !!!! Good value, remove the cartridge and clean the internals every couple of weeks and this will last a long time. Note: I have never used any cleaners in the flushing/cleaning cycle, just fresh water.

Delonghi Evo Next Review: A True Game-Changer for Home Baristas!
If you're looking for a sign from the universe to invest in your daily coffee ritual, this is it. I recently upgraded to the Delonghi Evo Next during the Black Friday event, moving on from my faithful Tassimo, and the difference is truly astonishing. This machine is a complete game-changer for anyone aspiring to make quality, barista-style coffee right at home. The Ultimate Upgrade The core benefit of this machine is the freshness. Saying goodbye to pods and welcoming fresh coffee grounds and fresh, frothy milk has transformed my daily cup. Customization and Control What sets this machine apart is the level of control. Setting the intensity of the coffee is incredibly useful and you can easily customise a variety of drinks, including a perfect flat white—which, in my opinion, is the only dedicated pre-set this machine is missing, but it's easily achieved through the custom function! My Top Tip Set the grinder to setting 2 for a medium roast. This gives a stunning, honey-like pour that lasts 20-30 seconds. NB - always adjust the grinder setting only while the grinder is in use. Highly, highly recommended.
