Stopped leg cramping, but gives me brain fog for four days
I liked the fact that it helped prevent leg cramps, but do not like the fact that it gives me "brain fog" and makes me feel loopy for four days after taking one capsule.

Its great except for the gelcap
I think the product works well, yet the smell and taste of the gelcap is moldy. Actually I have to take the content out and pass into another gelcap in order to use it. The first time I bought this, it was ok, but the two last bottles I have received it is the same moldy taste. Something to consider.
