Love this story

The book was delivered promptly as expected. I loved that I found this book in hard back because these last so much longer and it is a gift. I was disappointed that some of the pages were wrinkled. But since it was a gift and needed to be sent out, I accepted the book.

I purchased this to accompany the kissing hand book I used with my 3 year old foster daughter in therapy. It ended up being a great book for our 5 year old biological son who has had to adjust to sharing Mom and Dad with his new siblings. A sweet read and good conversation starter for the situation.

One of the best books for kids starting school. My sons kindergarten teacher read this the first day of school to the kids. I have now bought it for my nieces and nephews who started kindergarten as well. Must have in a collection!!

Had this book and used to read it to my grandchildren. My granddaughter loved it so much that she slipped it into my suitcase when my husband and I moved to Italy for three years. I used to read it to her via Skype. Thought it was a perfect gift for a friends little boy as he was getting a baby brother..

Use this in my daycare and was so happy to hear its use in kindergarten helped one of my discharges transition so well.

Chester now has a younger brother (although in reality, these babies would have been from the same litter). When his mama gives the brother a kissing hand too, Chester is upset because that was his special link with Mama. She explains that she has enough love to share with both of them (equally) but that because Chester is older, he deserves a big brother something special...another kiss as a spare.

Short but beautiful story that might help your child to accept new baby in house.

Nice little book

As with the first of these books,my grandchildren loved this story as well. We even have Chester soft toys!

Purchased to help our daughters adjust with the arrival of their new baby brother. It is yet another great book in the Chester the Raccoon series.
