so worth it
I have 17" calves and I finally found a pair of rain boots that fits me. In the past, I've tried ordering a size or two up for regular rain boots to see if the calf would fit (spoiler alert: it didn't!) But these. These glorious rain boots were handed to us from the gods themselves. They easily fit people with wider calves, and the dimensions the company gives seem to be pretty accurate. My left foot is an entire size bigger than my right foot, so buying shoes online is always a gamble. I usually fit into a women's size 10 / men's size 8 / european size 40. I bought these in a size 10 and they're perfect. Without socks or with thin socks, they're nice and roomy but not falling off my feet. With thick hiking socks, they have a nice secure fit without being too tight.Other reviewers mentioned the huge ankles, and while yes, the ankles are significantly bigger than most rain boots, I like them that way for a couple reasons. 1) It makes them easy to slip on and off when you want. 2) It makes the foot look smaller so if you have huge feet like me, major cute points. 3) It makes them not constricting and more breathable, so your feet don't get extremely sweaty (only kind of sweaty).I was a bit nervous about the $90 price tag at first, but they are so worth it. I'm by no means a rain boot expert, but these are definitely the best quality rain boots I've ever seen. I fully expect these to last me a decade or more if I show em a little love. My only kind-of-complaint is that sometimes the inner buckles come undone when I'm walking for a bit, but not always or even most of the time, so maybe I just didn't check to make sure they were secured. I have no idea. The buckles themselves seem to be made out of a very durable, high-quality plastic like material, though, so I'm sure they'll last quite a while. And just a quick kudos to whoever designed the black boots, because the light-colored stripe at the bottom is a stunning cream color, as opposed to something that's just trying to be white, which is what I was expecting. Good on ya, mate. You make my designer heart soar.

Perfect fit
We've moved to the country and now have yard work to do in a drainage ditch. Unless you've had to mow and weed a ditch before, it's a rather big shock the first time. Beyond cutting grass and weeds, there is an abundance of creatures that live in the open drains, under large rocks, and any other place they can tuck in. Therefore, boots are a necessity to protect your feet and lower legs from any standing water and from the bites of angry critters that get disturbed. I have large legs and have a very difficult time finding any boot over ankle height that will fit me. Before ordering, I read the reviews carefully as well as the information provided by the seller so I could make an educated decision on what size to order. I decided to order my regular size of 8 and it was the right thing to do because the boots fit perfectly. In fact, the boots fit so well that I forget I'm wearing boots while hacking and slashing at tenacious weeds in the ditch. I so appreciate that the boots come up and over my calves because it gives a sense of protection from bites from snakes, turtles, ground hogs, and other angry animals we come across. While the rubber isn't snake proof, it can be considered a deterrent to fangs, claws and teeth.I'm really happy with the navy color with white dots. It's cute and kicky and makes me feel pretty while doing a very dirty job. Yeah, the price feels expensive but considering what I'm going to put these boots through and the fact that they actually fit me, it was worth it. This will be my go-to brand of rubber boots if I need more in the future. Highly recommend this top quality and well fitting boot.

I Flippin love these Wellies!!!
First, I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 7 after reading the reviews. I'm happy with how the boots fit even though they're just a wee bit larger than my feet. I do believe that had I ordered a 6 (two sizes smaller) that they would've been too tight. So I do recommend at least ordering one size smaller than your usual size. I'm fine with them being a little roomy because in the winter there will be room for my thick socks.Secondly, my calves are big and these boots are perfect for them! There are gussets on both sides that have buckles so you can adjust the fit easily. That's a feature that I really appreciate.Thirdly, these boots are very well constructed. I have tromped through a lot of water (a flooded neighborhood) and a creek and lots of mud and there has been zero leaks and I haven't slipped at all.Word to the wise, don't wear ankle socks, they'll slip off. Don't wear these barefoot, the insole will slip out when you take them off (no biggie, they fit right back in easily), and make certain to tuck your pants into the boots or wear high socks so as not to get blisters anywhere (lesson learned).A big bonus about these boots that I'll share, my mother in law has to wear orthotics with all of her shoes. She's never owned a pair of rubber boots because she can't get her orthotics into them. Well...because of the gussets in these boots, she's able to get her orthotics into them and has finally found a pair of boots she can wear! I'm happy for her.In conclusion, I am very happy to have found a pair of boots that fit my big calves, work like they're supposed to, are comfortable (nice comfy heels so you don't feel flat-footed), and feel so good. They even come with a convenient carry case so you can bring along your indoor shoes when you have to slosh through puddles and such! Well worth the money, in fact, I'd be wary of paying less. You get what you pay for with footwear and I'm of the opinion that these are very well priced.Thank you Jileon!!! I'm so glad I found these! Worth every penny.(I am in no way affiliated with Jileon and these comments are my own.)

Finally!
Having been cursed with tree-trunk legs my whole life boots have always been a struggle, and living in the Pacific Northwest this means I either have to wear uncomfy boots or have wet feet. Not only do they fit, but they are also cute as heck.I’ve had my eye on Jileon boots for a couple years and am so glad I finally took the plunge. This is the first time since childhood that I have had COMFORTABLE rain boots that actually cover my calves.

Very uncomfortable fit
I thought finally boots that will fit my wide calves, which they did but I found the feet extremely tight that they make walking impossible and the buckles on the inside keep hitting each other and knocking them open, won't be long till the break. Have put them away in the garage as to uncomfortable to wear, wouldn't recommend.

Not pleased
I have always had problems trying to find wellies to fit but the only good thing about the wellies was the fit around my calf having said that the fit wasnt comfortable as to clips got in the way and the excess from the inserts inside were uncomfortable, i ordered a size above my usual size and i could only just squeeze my ankle in with around the ankle and foot was very tight so overall i definately wouldnt recomend these

Awesome Boots
I love them. They have more than enough room in the foot area and around the ankle to wear thick socks. Love that they are adjustable on the calf. I've never been able to get a pair of boots before. Super happy with them.
