Cools the whole house off and its extremely quiet. I love it!!!!!

Runs very quiet. I keep checking the room thermostat to make sure the Frigidaire is even working. Don't really feel cool air unless standing right by it. Bought this for a bedroom, and also a refurbished DeLonghi portable air conditioner (the DeLonghi came from ebay, cost a little less than half the Frigidare). The Frigidare is supposed to cover more square feet than the DeLonghi, but that hasn't been the case. Both were easy to put hose in window, both have easy to clean filters. The DeLonghi does a better job of keeping my apartment cool, seems to have more power, (does run a little noisier), seems like it will outlast the Frigidaire. If I had to do over, I would have went with 2 refurbished DeLonghi's. Won't buy Frigidaire again.

Has worked for 2 years now. I don't leave feedback till I know something's good. It does now need to be taken apart and cleaned. This is only because we have 19 cats in the house. Beware if in a Dusty environment you will need to clean it every off season. I didn't clean it last year and it's 108 and I wished I had cuz I can't shut it off. Winter get here so I can clean this thing and put it up for storage.Clean it before you put it away. I made the mistake of thinking I could clean it quickly without disassembling by the time I needed it this summer. I was wrong couldn't get my vacuum attachments in there. Soon as the temperature drops I plan on disassembling and cleaning the evaporators.Most people should not have this problem unless you got 10 litter boxes and 19 cats!Would buy this again if competitive price and available. It's no longer available though at Amazon. As to price after tax I paid around $250 for mine Amazon return Warehouse.

What a terrible product. I ordered this unit and when I turned it on it didn’t get cold. The fan speed wouldn’t change and it was a dud of a unit. I called amazon, they sent me a new unit. This 2nd unit only lasted a week, not including use during the weekend until it stopping blowing cold air and it makes this incredibly loud noise. 2 of the same units, both didn’t work. I would not recommended buying this product. Just a poor item, I also would not buy Frigidaire again.

It is not that cool... it works but it has a hard time keeping room cool.

This AC is so quiet and it keeps my whole house cool "750" sq ft. WOW I never expected it to completely go beyond my expectations!!!

These units do not last longer than 2 years Max the refrigerant runs out the unit is sealed and cannot be recharged. Works great when it's new.

I had this for 3 months before it started leaking water everywhere. I only use fan or cool mode so it shouldn’t need draining. When I do drain it a tiny amount of water comes out but it continues leaking. It weighs 80 pounds so tipping it over to get water out is getting old fast. Customer service is overwhelmed and I can’t get anyone on the phone to help replace or return it. This was a huge waste and the last frigidaire product I’ll be buying.
