Wonderful Tamarind!
I was a wee bit hesitant at first as I've bought Tamarind before; and they say seedless but you still get one sucker wedged in somewhere. However, this was wonderful! Not a big fan of the scent when fresh out the package, but it goes away easily, it was moist and I'd say it's a good price for what you get. I also LOVE the sticky and sour flavour of it. It's perfect! Thank you!

Tamarind block
Really good! I had bought this item a few times and it’s tasty. I make tamarind ball or candy from it. It’s a block of tamarind so I usually break it up into smaller pieces and put into a blender with sugar, pepper and ginger powder with some water to have a thick smooth consistency! Oh and it’s really tasty!

More information on packet needed
I had no idea what to do with this, ie how to use or prepare it. I didn’t realise it needed preparation either. You have to soak this in quite a lot of hot water, so get the juice out . It takes a lot of hard working , cutting,stabbing and mushing. Wouldn’t buy again.
