Q: How would it test pH in a person? How can we do it once purchased?

I am not sure if you can use this to test the pH if a person. Perhaps by putting it in sweaty skin. You should call manufacturer to see if they can answer your question.

Q: can i use this meter for cheesemaking?

Don't see why notCheesemaking websites list similar ones, maybe less precise than this but same technology

Q: Can I use for stiff dough?

Yes you can. This can read liquids and solids. I use mine to measure the ph of cheese curds and whey.

Q: I have a very similar meter but it is "ph110" instead of "ph100." will this "ph105" sensor work with the "ph110?"

Yes the PH105 is the replacement pH electrode for both the PH100 and PH110.
