The product, as in the description, has no reservations, it works. High quality, I am very pleased with the ease of installation, good savings on power consumption.

Extremely disappointed with this water heater. I’ve had a plumber rip out my immersion heater and install the pipe work for this heater. Then an electrician out today to connect it to the fuse board.As soon as power goes to the unit there is a loud buzzing sound. It is continuously whilst power is going to the unit- it sounds dangerous.The noise it too much and will have to send it back. Annoyed that I found out after installing it!

This could be as good as the gold standard brand. Mine was damaged in transit, but customer support was excellent. Only 4 stars as had cold showers whilst sorted out!

This is the first Amazon review I have written, but I am doing so for this item as my experience has been SO bad!We bought this item after researching lots of water heaters. We had it professionally installed (plumber and electrician), but after a few days it started leaking internally (inside the box, not just where our plumber connected it). We figured it was just a one off defect, so asked Amazon to send a replacement.The replacement arrived, and worked fine for about six months... then the same problem! Leaking internally. I now read that others have had the same problem with the heaters they have bought in the last six months. We have now switched to another brand of heater (changing the connections at our own expense) which is working fine.Avoid this product!Full credit for Amazon for arranging the replacement item, and then refunding us for the second item. Great customer service.
