Quick and Easy Meal with Incredible Flavor!!
My husband and I both love Indian food, and Chicken Tikka Masala has been a favorite, but we've never felt able to make it as an evening meal with the time required to prepare it. We tried Sukhi's at the recommendation of a friend, and were extremely pleased! It was extremely easy to cook, and the flavor was incredible! We can't wait to make it again!

The Best Yet
This is by far the best commercially available prepared tikka masala sauce I've found: Better than Trader Joe's, better than Sharwo or Patak's, even better than the overpriced Williams Sonoma version. Although it is described as "mild," I'd say it is "spicy" (in a good way -- but not for the faint of heart!). The directions tell you to cook the raw chicken in the sauce, then add the water and cream. To get more restaurant-style results, I prefer to cook the chicken separately first. (Charcoal grilled is best, gently sauteed is acceptable.). When not quite cooked through (still pink inside), I remove the chicken from heat and cut it into bite-sized pieces. I heat the sauce and water in the pan, add the chicken pieces, and finish cooking the meat. At the end, I stir in the cream, simmer for a moment then remove from heat. YUM! We also like to add neutral veggies to the mix, such as dry-sauteed cauliflower or green beans. You need to be sure to get the excess water out of the vegetables so as not to dilute the sauce too much. Also - I'm tempted to add a little sugar, maybe a teaspoon or two, to sweeten it a touch next time.

Delicious curry
I would recommend this curry and buy it again. It had a deep rich flavor that I wasn't expecting. I made chicken tikka marsala with the recommend amount of cream. It was like restaurant quality Tikka marsala. I was so surprised.

This dish is a family favorite!
If you love Indian Food, especially Tikka Masala, but can't afford to eat out all the time, then you must try this! It's so simple to make, and it is one of only a few dishes that EVERYone in our family of 6 gets excited about (taco night is the other family favorite!) I get these sauce packets through "Subscribe and Save" so I get a 15% discount over store prices (plus the shipping is free). It's a little pricey for our budget, but sooooooo worth it! I serve this dish about twice a month, and it scores a "10" every time. And let me just say that I have tried several other brands of tikka masala sauces and none of them can compare to Sukhi's Tikka Masala Curry Sauce! The end result is almost as good as what we get at our local, authentic Indian restaurant. I say "almost" because dinner always tastes better when someone else makes it. :) Tip for younger eaters: I add a little extra cream to my youngest child's dish to make it milder, as this is a tad too spicy for him.

Taste good, can be better. I might try to use it as a base for Tikka and make something better out of it
I compared this to the Saffron Road Simmer Tikka Masala Sauce and this taste's better overall due to more spiciness and flavor overall. The only thing that the Saffron Road Simmer Tikka Masala has over this Sukhi one is the fact that it creates a thicker sauce. This Sukhi tikka msala mix creates more of a watery sauce which is not how Tikka Masala should be. Having said that, Sukhi's is still enjoyable. For the better cooks out there, you can definitely improvise to make the sauce thicker and basically use Sukhi's Sauce as a base for a more flavorful and fulfilling Tikka Masala sauce. I have even left the finished product in the fridge for a couple of days and that ends up making the chicken more flavorful! EDIT: Ok I gave in... after I wrote this review.. I HAD TO GO TRY and come up something more wholesome! Check my picture and you'll see I made something awesome!

Easy, Delicious, Fast
This stuff is a delicious addition to any simple meal rotation. I use it with a heated lunchbox that cooks rice and warms this well. I generally add chicken though broccoli is pretty good as well. I precook the weeks meals on sunday, my only day off. This takes about 20 minutes start to finish to serve up, most of the prep time is cooking the chicken. There is a decent warmth to the meal, though compared to some Indian cuisine it is relatively mild. The flavor is excellent, far better than any of my attempts to home cook a masala. 3 ingredients boil simmer serve one of the easiest meals I have.

So good!!!
This stuff is SO good! So much flavor! It’s way better than the stuff you buy in jars at Walmart which mostly taste like tomato paste with very little authentic Indian flavor. This stuff has the perfect amount of spice to it. 👌

Well packed items delivered quickly with tracking number at low cost shipping. Sauce was more spicy than any store bought packages I found. It beats "Kitchens of India" packages by a large margin. This version seems to have more fillers and less spices. It is good if you like moderate-to hot-hot Curry sauce. Costco (pre-made, frozen) Sukhi's Tikka Masala chicken I purchased in USA was milder and suitable for children. I thought spice packets from same manufacturer would be comparable but envelopes were moderate-to more spicy when they were prepared. Not blazing hot taste as found in traditional Indian restaurants but almost same texture and flavour as a restaurant preparation. If you want the best envelope sauce package, Sukhi's Tikka Masala sauce this a winner.
