Q: Is this easy enough for a man to wax his own butt crack alone having never done it before? Do i need to buy paper strips separately? Please help!

This product is hard wax, meaning you don't need the paper strips. What you do with the popsicle stick is try to apply the wax evenly on the part you want waxed and make a "lip" with the wax. That way you can pull up the wax alittle bit (once it dries) so you can yank that sucker up (again once the wax has cooled down and hardened) Here is a link to a helpful YouTube video. https://youtu.be/un3Z809TETI Hope this helps

Hello! Yes, we do recommend that you use a wax warmer. A microwave is not safe, however you could use a double boiler.
