Good Headset and it's very clear. I use it for work

I bought this outside of the Amazon arena but needed something urgently and found this in a local store. Instructions to charge and set product up are not super clear but once hooked up it works well

I bought these for use while working from home, and they worked very well! O love that they're cordless.

Not a Good product. Get's disconnected from my laptop. Needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled again. Also, frequent cracking sound. I am not sure it is new. It seems to be re-furbished, but still doesn't work very well. I feel ripped-off!

it doesn't stay connected to computer and you can't go very far from computer as it scrambles the sound

This item arrived in a bag. No instructions, no paperwork. It did not work on any of my computers. I am surprised it even arrived safely the way it was packaged. I returned it and I am waiting for a refund.

It is a used or refurbished item, no box, and missing the USB receiver. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY!

These are good and very cost effective. This is my second set. You will only get about 3 years out of the batteries. You can get better with longer-life batteries but you'll pay a lot more.

Pros - Excellent headphone with an external mic Noise cancellation is at per with the premium segment with much higher price Battery(after buying- 1 week old) is pretty good... atleast 5 hours with non stop voicing, it works Cons - Nothing much, only the bass effect is on a lower side Parallel two device mapping with bluetooth is cumbersome.

I decided to go for it although there were some reviews pointing to bad battery life and flimsy build. I use it mainly for the flexibility it gives for moving around/stretching during meetings, especially when I've 2-3 one hour meetings per day. Cons: The build could've been better, it's no way flimsy, but does not feel solid also. The volume is less than the normal wired headphones (eg: If I keep my system volume at 50% for wired, I need to bump it up to 80% for this one, to get the same output (Device volume kept @100% in both cases)) Range is not great, you can move around in your cubicle or in a room. Pros: Worth the money you pay. I'm getting 6 hours of usage per charge and a bit more. Voice clarity is good, especially for meetings. Music quality is OK. Connects to your mobile phone also (Contrary to some comments) Overall, I'm satisfied with the product. Update (18/02/2019) It's been 2 years since I've started using this device. The only issue that I faced is a torn ear pad cushion. The battery is still going strong. Once I left the device powered on over the weekend and didn't notice it till Monday morning and by that time, the battery was kind of deep discharged. When I plugged it in for charging, it was not responding and I thought the battery went bad. I left it for charging for 2-3 hours as a test and it came back and is working like a charm. Pretty happy with the purchase I may add.

Logitech products never disappoint you, and simply work best, and most of all, the products are premium and are under budget, the product is rough and tough wear, u will not be disappointed if you buy one
