Tablets were good size to swallow. Taste was not not bitter. After maintaining a regimen for about 2 weeks flashes in my right eye had stopped. Has not done anything for the left eye as I could see I had I have a retina detachment in one eye and a thinning retina and the other eye I ordered another bottle increased tablets every couple days now I take about four or five every few days so far so good no apparent side effects maybe a slight headache but I don't know if that's due to the tablets. A definite thumbs up thank goodness America's Amazon Got Chinese medicine

This herb is truly helpful in eye health. After taking the herb my vision became sharper.
