Delivered scratched. Has high-sheen metallic appearance that is not obvious from the item photo, so this makes the scratch really apparent.

frustrated
i bought the 18oz yellow gold, however i received the 10 oz yellow gold.it is frustrating and unnecessary work processes to go through, just to return and to get the right item.'Do the right thing first and the whole ruckus will be avoided. i am living at the other corner of the globe. thanks

Beautiful but very pricey cup
This cup was a December treat for myself as I would usually not spend that much on a single cup. I own a few swell bottles and the quality is always great. This cup is very pretty and I don’t mind the hand washing. I used it for mulled wine in December and now I use it to hold my coffee. It’s the perfect size for a Nespresso Lungo And has space for milk too. The cup keeps my coffee warm but not as hot as my Klean kanteen tumbler cup. This doesn’t bother me as I use it around the house and for that I does the job perfectly.I would recommend this pretty little tumbler 100%

wrong size on the description
Buyer beware. Very misleading. The description does not match the actual product. The size on the description says 18oz but its actually 10oz. The vendor also do not allow returns.
