May be a bit pricy depending on your budget, but I have no regrets
Got my first Mac (the MacBook Air 15) and knew it only had 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports. Trying to replace my old desktop PC and laptop with this one thing, but I'm someone that has A TON of peripherals. This was a bit pricy, but it had plenty of ports and the reviews were great. I have a bunch of old monitors around so I wanted to utilize them since they were laying around. I can't speak for anyone with a bunch of 4k monitors that want high refresh rates, but for these old 1080 monitors at 60hz, it's works perfectly fine. Just make sure you install the DisplayLink app, and you're good to go. I also don't know how to get the non-DIsplayLink port to work for another monitor, but I've got 4 monitors up already (one directly into the second Thunderbolt port on the Mac and counting the laptop monitor). I'm sure I can figure out how to get 5 monitors going, if I wanted to, but I don't know, yet. This thing feels well-built. The sound coming out of the sound port is actually pretty good, but I'm no audiophile. I've got it sitting on the edge of the desk and my cable management needs work, but it's pretty low profile and easily put out of the way to hide. Honestly, I just plugged everything in and it was fine. The ethernet going into it gives me the speed I'm actually paying for, as my old Alienware from 2019 throttled my speeds, simply due to outdated hardware. Keep that in mind if your internet is slow and you're wondering why. Thunderbolt 4 on the MacBook Air M4 gives me noticably MUCH faster file transfer speeds. I know it's just the capability of the new laptop compared to my old rigs, but this dock definitely compliments everything. Can never have enough ports, though lol

Works great!
Great device was able to connect my macbook air to 3 external displays and 3 hard drives simultaneously, wouldn’t have dreamed of it, and a macbook pro connected to 4 displays. Ports work great and speed is good, Great device!

Impressed me.
Really impressed with how easy it was to setup and start utilizing. I'm so used to macbook pros, that I didn't know macbook airs had issues with multiple screens. This makes it easy to setup and use multiple screens and the other ports are helpful. It is definitely a lot chunkier than I expected but now that I know what it can do it is a must have imo.

Problems with M1 Macbook Recognizing Webcam
Was having issues for weeks with my Mac recognizing my plugged in webcam in my home office. Had reverted to plugging it in separately into my Mac to make sure that it worked (not ideal with a docking STATION). The dock recognized it, but the quality was so pixelated and delayed. So, I went to go and buy another docking station. In the midst of setting that one up, I was unhappy with the ease of setting up dual monitors like I had experienced on this dock - huge plus! So I just checked one last time if there were any solutions to give this dock a last chance. Mind you, I had already spent an hour on support where there only solution was "display driver" download, and, "if your keyboard and mouse are working there's no problem with the dock. It must be your laptop." To talking with my IT who said, "it must be your dock" with other dock stations in my work office working fine. On my last-ditch effort, I downloaded the driver for DockWorks from Kensington's website... NO PROBLEMS ever again! Resolution is excellent, and what I would expect for a dock that can truly do it all. Hope I never have to even think about updating my docking station again!

Perfect solution to my MacBook Air!
This was THE perfect solution to my MacBook Air 2024, M3--I have a 49" monitor and 2 other displays. I can hook everything up AND have the lid open on my MacBook Air! I haev a command center! and the 2.5Gbps ethernet port is iincredibly fast! Charges my MacBook perfectly. The does not just work well, it works PERFECTLY! And it on,y takes one of my ports on my MacBook Air! You can tell the build quality is excellent. So easy to use. I just plugged it in and Poof! It all worked awesomely and seamlessly! The cable that came with it to connect he Mac to the unit was perfect. Everything was perfect!!!!

Works well for MBPs!
Tried to use my older Dell dock for my two external monitors, but it wasn't compatible without the Thunderbolt option. This Kensington dock fit the bill perfectly. I do suggest reading the instruction guide to understand how to hook up your cables to make it all work how you need it to. Other than that, this dick is a beast with tons of hookup options. I would definitely buy this again.

Could have had a better experience
The dock is good looking, but that is about all it has going for it. I use both Mac and Windows for work and it does not work perfectly with Mac. It will work, but it takes a lot of effort. It is made of nice materials and looks great on my desk. It has plenty of ports for what I need and is heavy. Mine arrived WITHOUT the THUNDERBOLT cable, which was very frustrating for a product that is this expensive.

This thing packs a punch!!!!
WOW! This product, simply wow! Setup was super easy, now bear in mind that I'm biased as I'm a IT Specialist, but without me even having to do configuration on my machine, it instantly saw the device and connected all of my peripherals. For anyone who works with Docking Stations, you know how much of an impact those first few seconds are. The docking station has held up very well. I'm a gamer and even though there is no docking station, least not that I've discovered or otherwise heard of, that is rated to handle the latest big name games at 4K resolution. Yet this puppy has done it! Additionally, unlike other Thunderbolt 4 docks, this has not had the weird screen black out issue. Those of you who have had this issue, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Now, just like with any docking station, I do recommend going into settings of the computer on Windows that's "Settings," Device Manager, and even further adjusting the power saving feature for USB Select Suspend and USB 3 Link Power Management and disabling/turning off the power saving features. This will further improve usage. Now, depending on your exact setup, you might need to download the software package from their partner called Display Link. Some setups, it just won't work without that software as there is known compatibility issues. Mostly this impacts that Mac side, but I have seen it impact otherwise perfectly fine operating Windows hardware. The unit is reasonably sized for what it is. Most important, it's no where near as bulky as some of the competitors. Those of you who invest in higher end Docking Stations, you know exactly what I'm talking about - at times it feels like you have a Mini PC connected to your computer. To get the biggest bang for your buck. I strongly recommend that anyone who invests (it's not cheap) in this product ensure they have a laptop that has a Thunderbolt 4 port with the latest drivers, reasonably updated Windows 11 and finally a high quality Intel Certified Thunderbolt 4 cable. My current setup on the dock is that I have three external drives connected (Two Desktop drives for one for Backup and one as a Data Drive), a portable SSD, a USB 3 hub and finally a cable that connects my phone. In the past, when I would be gaming, I would be weary about copying massive data over to either of the drives. However, this bad boy handles it. Bear in mind that if you want to use an external monitor to game, that bandwidth will be used as part of the 40Gb's that you have to play with.
