To the gentleman that pointed out there aren’t locking mechanisms at the ends of the bench
….the handheld screw you unwind to release the leg, pull it out and return it to the hole at the top end of the bench and do it for the bottom one too…This bench is a god send in design if you know your way around an instruction manual!

A really nice Bench
So easy to put together in ten minutes, constructed in first class materials and clever design, so easy to carry around with its useful handle which is so strategically placed so that the bench remains horizontal and steady when transported. Very versatile positions achieved very quickly. Ample dimensions and comfortable to use. A real pleasure of an equipment to own.
