Unless you need a very lightweight camping mat, this is likely to disappoint. I needed an exercise mat and when this arrived it was clear it was not fit for purpose. Thickness measured just 5mm which is the main problem, it's also quite narrow at 50cm. It's no good as an exercise mat or a yoga mat in my opinion and advertising it as such is misleading. The packaging reads "Camping Mat - Great for Outdoors" which I would say is just about fair enough if you sacrifice comfort for light weight. I did get a full refund eventually, but this was given begrudgingly. Firstly I was offered an apology for the misleading description and £2.50 to keep it, I politely rejected the part refund, it was then suggested I might be able to use it for picnics, also politely rejected and eventually I got the refund. When I thanked them for the refund I got an unexpected reply "Don't bother"

Can't really be used for yoga so having that in the name is a little bit misleading, the foil crinkles and it's so thin that it's constantly trying to roll back up and move around under you
