Product itself is of good quality. The plastic feels like some kind of engineering plastic which is a plus. Mine got some chipping off. Judging from the chip looks intact and fresh, I blame the USPS for it

It's definitely okay
I bought this for storage of small parts and it will work fine. Needed one spot bigger so cut out the wall and found its extremely brittle plastic with no glassfiber reinforcement.It's a decent buy for the price but question it's durability in a shop or industrial environment. Craft items you'll be good to go though.
