This is strong enough to be used for medications. Very useful. It can take two lots and there's an extra pocket outside for flat things.I chose this one, even though I already had one, because of its adorable picture. My father sees puffins where he lives, when they arrive. And I love lighthouses.The quality of the item is top. It has been well-made, the stitching is strong and it's real leather. The pieces have been overlayed to produce a real work of art and it's carefully detailed. The puffin has emotion :) The sea is a slightly different texture and has sparkles in it and the reflection gives perspective.A pleasure to use the medications when they're stored in this.It is worth the price because it's leather.
