Was skeptical but these work great. I can tell a difference with the heat and it’s a noticeable difference with the light let in. Not blackout but dims the sunlight. Looks fine from outside also!easy to apply. See the photos with half window application for comparison.

This was very easy to install especially after watching the installation video provided by the QR code on the instructions. The hardest part for me was finding a surface large enough to lay it out to cut it!I find it a good quality, good value for my money and definitely worth the purchase.One reviewer said that the corners wouldn't stick, and I had the same problem but once I cut the film to give a 16-in clearance up in that corner it worked fine. That was a recommendation on the installation video. I suggest you follow it.Another reviewer said that there was no protective film on the back and while it is very difficult to get the edge separated and start to remove, it is there.I was amazed at how dark it made the window but yet everything on the outside was clear, not blurry like they show in the product photos. The picture I attached shows the top part of the blinds down but you can see how much darker the window is - much darker than the screened window below it. I went outside and took another picture and while it's not completely mirror like, it's not a sunny day either so I don't know how that's going to affect the view. Standing outside I could see the blinds rather than a complete reflection like a mirror.I'm not sure that I would be happy with it on a window that didn't have blinds or curtains but in my application it's absolutely perfect.Overall, great product and I would highly recommend it.

This is my 2nd film purchase. Had the rainbow version first and loved it but wanted a bit more privacy. First was easy to remove and was able to be saved in case I change my mind later. This time I purchased the white and it blocks light really well but still allows a soft light into the room. Noticeable temperature control compared to the rainbow version too. Solid enough to offer privacy at night, unlike the rainbow that only obscures at night and wasn't enough for our bedroom windows. Also reduces the brightness of headlights from the parking lot that our window faces which is a big plus. Super easy to install... be generous with the water so the film can slide on the glass or it will crease. Thin enough to easily cut with a fresh blade knife. I used a tag to wet the window and a credit card to install... no fancy kit required. The white version does have a slight grid pattern to it but it's only noticing up close and at night. Also, since this one doesn't have a big pattern like the rainbow, I can see the grubby stuff in the outside of the windows (makes a shadow) so be sure to clean your windows if you're able to.

Super easy to install. Love the product. Adds enough privacy to block out others from viewing what's inside my office during the day. However, people can most likely still see shadows from looking outside-in when at night, but that's not a problem to me as I am not in my office at night. Definitely followed instructions to the "T." I would highly recommend purchasing an application kit, as it did not come with one. The kit made the job a whole lot easier. FYI: The picture I attached, I hand cut the scalloped shape on the top of the applique myself to add a little girlie flare.

I read all the reviews before buying this product. I seen the comments regarding the issues with cutting the tint. I thought maybe some people didn’t use the proper blade to cut the tint or maybe used one that was not sharp. They are correct regarding the cutting of the tint. I have cut tint many times and this one was not as smooth to cut. I used a new blade so it wasn’t the blade I removed the clear plastic as well and still it wasn’t smooth to cut. The tint does what it’s supposed to do as a product but it is more time consuming and not as smooth to cut.

Put this on our sliding door , which oddly enough faces the street, easy to install works perfectly, now the neighbour's can't see inside the house. Complete privacy. Love this product.

This privacy window film looks great - I used it in both my kitchen and side door entrance as a way to have natural light come through with privacy.I purchased this item THREE TIMES! I kept running out of film but honestly, its a value for the money because of the price. The application was easy you just need a precision knife, and if you make a mistake it is easy to remove.The sunlight now peaks through my window giving natural light without removing privacy. Would recommend.

Exceptionally easy to apply: Just applied film to a bedroom double hung window. Took about 15 min. per upper, lower glass. Used WAY too much spray soapy water, but still only needed a washcloth to clean up. One hand on the film and the other on a 10-inch squeegee does it just fine. Lots of memory in the roll of film until it is sprayed then quite easy to handle. DON'T need two people to put this stuff up as it moved into place with just 2 finger pressure. To save time etc. cut pieces to fit the glass - no cut-around needed! Used piece of 2' x 4' 1/4 in. Luan for a cutting board. Box knife, metal yard stick, and a pen (to mark the film) used. Also, a tape measure to get more accurate glass size.
