Accoutrements Mac & Cheese Candy Canes

I bought these for my younger brother who LOVES Mac and cheese. A few weeks after Christmas, I got a text message from him telling me that he was FURIOUS with me and wanted a phone call. He said that they were the single weirdest thing he’s ever tried before to the point that the flavors were so jarring that he couldn’t finish the one that he tried. Of course, he was laughing his butt off when he told me about it. I gave them a 5 star rating, though, because he has had WAY too much fun pranking people with them; his son, his wife, friends, coworkers. It’s kind of like those jelly beans that taste like grass or boogers…the fun is in seeing people’s faces when they get the full impact of the wackiness. At the end of the day, these brought him an enormous amount of joy and that is worth 5 stars to me!

Do you think Mac & Cheese flavored candy canes will be delicious? No? Well, ok, you'd be correct. But they are fun. And while it's not a delicious flavor for candy canes, it's significantly more edible than ham or clam flavored candy canes. A good joke flavor that tastes like the stated flavor, but also isn't bad enough that you throw it away after the first lick.

They didn’t break before delivery. The size is normal. They tasted like vanilla and cheese. The kids had a lot of fun with these. The yellow color was nice and bright. A decent value for the money.

I gave this to my gf that LOVES mac n cheese and the gift reaction was great, however these tasted terrible and nothing like Mac n cheese

It has a weird flavor to it, sweet and salty, sort of creamy, not quite the cheesy flavor that I was expecting. It smells a little bit like a butterscotch and it tarted similar too.

Great for kids!

I bought the mac n cheese candy canes for a friends birthday. She loves to try weird and crazy foods and I thought this would be perfect and of course I was willing to try them. The first thing you notice is a normal yellow and white candy cane, nothing out of the ordinary. Once you remove the plastic you are smacked in the face with this awful smell of ass and cheese. I was so repulsed by the smell I didn’t think I had it in me to try it. Being the trooper I am, I took a small piece and put in in my mouth. To my surprise the flavor was not horrible. You get a hint of sweetness mixed with cheese. If you chew on the candy cane the flavor is less harsh but if you let it sit in your mouth the cheese flavor becomes more intense. I will say this is a product I will not be repurchasing unless it’s for a gag gift.
