Q: Tried using avg cord included with dvd player to hook up to tv but it's not sending a signal to the tv. the tv is set to avg. what do we need to do?

Q: I just received this as a christmas present. The keys are not responsive and the remote does not work. Can i return it?

Seems like it is just a piece of crap that they need to stop selling. Have had 2 of them go back in less than 6 months.
