The Pushcart Prize XXXIX: Best of the Small Presses 2015 Edition (The Pushcart Prize Anthologies, 39) Paperback – November 12, 2014

If you're a literary reader, you can't hate this collection. If you're a Harry Potter fan that claims to be an avid reader despite only reading books that other people have jumped towards as a majority and having become mainstream and soon to have a movie deal, this is not for you. This book will confuse you, possibly even anger, and definitely belittle you. It has for me several times, and I'm in a college class that aims to understand their works.

This is an outstanding series that has been published since the mid-1970's. I own 8 volumes and each volume I have read has been excellent. All of the volumes I have ordered from Amazon Marketplace have arrived in a timely manner and in the condition described.

Not a huge fan of this edition. But usually-this is a must for poetry & literature fans! Still pretty good. The poem "Visit # 1" was my favorite!

How refreshing to see such excellent writing--fiction, essays, poems--in one place. The variety is astounding and some of these pieces will live long in my memory. So glad to have it.

Some great writing. Some stories left me wondering why they were there, they were so bad. But, all in all, a good read.

Last year's edition was very good, but somehow this year's a big, big disappointment! I don't know what happened to Bill Henderson, I used to trust his litterary taste, but this edition is a flop. Lucien
