Integer Programming

Concise -- Not for Beginner
This is definitely not a book for self-learner -- perhaps after a course in linear programming and assuming the reader has some mathematical maturity. The book is precise and succinct in that in covers all key concepts very well. It has ample examples to illustrate key concepts. Price is a tat high though.

This is the classic introduction textbook for integer programming
This book provides the overview of the integer programming. It is good to be an introduction integer programming textbook.

classic text
A classic text on a difficult subject. Worth the read

It's okay-ish
It's a bit...terse. The descriptions aren't always clear to the extent that you want them to be. The book is complete, but not in-depth/descriptive. I would recommend other books to supplement the information in this one.

Everything was fine
Book was OK, a good reference that I was obliged to buy for one of the courses I followed. Thanks.

Never a textbook
If you are already familier with IP, This is a condense directory of almost every useful IP algorithms. But I will never call it a textbook. A Few number of exercises at the end of each chapter, and there is not any problem solved in the text. You would not learn how to make your hands dirty and formulate real examples. The way it explains the algorithms is way complicated and brief. And $140 for this small book does not make sense at all. Spend your money on Bazara which has much more to give you.

One of the most interesting books I've used
This book features great contents. Integer programming is one of the most interesting subjects and this book captures the beauty of it through the use of nice explanations and a neat and organised notation. The author carefully describes the algorithms used to solve some of the classic integer programming problems. The theorems are generally followed by proofs and the contents are presented in a very comprehensive order.

Poor book....
Bad press quality and very expensive. It is a shame to sell a photocopy-like book so expensive. Moreover, the explanations are very poor and brief.
