The inability of obtaining drivers for the camera.
I have not gotten it to work in a tracking mode, but the software downloads are a bear! Poorly translated instructions or non-functional website from the card sent along with the camera. This was supposed to give me the drivers; it just gave me a pain. The vendor needs to be more creative in their drivers OR send a cd rom with the drivers and other camera software on it so that we don't have to to the vendor website.
