Ginger

Simply organic spices are typically among the best in quality and in flavor. Other spaces maybe less expensive and sold in packages just don’t stand up in the long-term. The the glass containers can be used over again.

I cook a lot... and this is one of my most Favorite spices...as it's unusual... I recently ran out and picked some up at my local grocery store... ( NOT This Brand),,, and to my disappointment ..it had No Flavor or aroma AT ALL....so I decided to research on Amazon... A LOT Of Research..LOL....and finally decided on this Brand of Organic Cardamom... and it Did Not Disappoint .... I'm so Happy with it...It has a pungent floral aroma ( as a good fresh Cardamom Should Have ) and a light but present beige/brown color, with dark flecks>>>.. this is also ground very fine.. which I prefer... as I use it in many of my "Kitchen Creations"..Haha... I recently used it in my homemade Ice Cream... unusual I know... but it was Delicious and because it's ground fine it was not "gritty" even in Ice Cream...I use this herb in pastas , Indian curry, and meats, even cocktails..>>... I find it "Elevates" any dish I use it in...sometimes I sprinkle just a little on buttered toast... it's Very Versatile ...and can make almost any dish seem "Gourmet"...AND This particular Brand seems to be the BEST I've tried... VERY Impressed!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’m always buying ginger chews but they’re expensive and have added sugar and calories I don’t need. This is a much better value and healthier with the same effects, best part is it’s organic. I use about a half teaspoon in a couple ounces of water. Pretty much tastes like ginger beer, probably would taste like ginger ale if you watered it down or added to clear soda. I love the bright color, it’s not too spicy but I’m sure you could mix it something else if you want to mask the flavor.

This is an absolutely delicious brand of ginger that was fresh with a 2-year expiration date. I put small amounts of ginger in everything including oatmeal, rice & beans, & soups to enhance its flavor. I also have a medicinal use for this product as well when I incorporate this into my daily diet which acts as an anti-inflammatory. I have not made ginger tea yet, but I am sure that it would be delicious. I would recommend this product as a dietary supplement.

I love this cardamom, the flavor is clean and just right for a sprinkle in my chai. Simply Organic have some of the best dried herbs. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use this brand, including the cardamom.

I use ground ginger in my keifer drinks daily, I was almost out of another organic brand, so ordered this one. The difference is amazing. The smell is twice as strong than any other brand I have tried. I also make elderberry syrup that I add fresh ginger to but feel I could always use more because of health benefits
