L'oreal Sublime Bronze One Day, 6.64-Fluid Ounce

I am so satisfied with this product. I have some sun allergies and was either going white, either with regular sun tanning lotions that I was never good at applying and often got surprises with this differed result. This lotion's results are instant. You see the color right away! I had owned other brands' similar products in France, but only used them for the face as they were quite expensive. I never understood why no company would give them at an affordable price for the body too. Guerlin had some liquid lotion that you would apply with a cotton pad, but this lotion is so much more convenient. Plus, unlike regular self-tanning lotions,it smells great! I love it that it goes away in the shower. It is just the product I had been waiting for for more than 10 years, and I am completely happy with both results and price. Thanks l'Oreal! I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a natural but still deep color tan in seconds. I used gloves to put it on as recommended from users on the reviews I had read, and I would recommend that trick as well: I took a bit of lotion with my finger tips and it didn't go away very easily...

I have been searching for a replacement of the Bonnie Bell Bonzer ever since they stopped making it. This is it!!! A thin gel bronzer goes on just like Bobbie Bell did. Washes off with soap and water. Not heavy or greasy. So glad I found this. Just ordered another bottle to stock up since it works so well. Thanks Amazon!

This product is exactly what I've been looking for- a non-permanent bronzer for your body that washes off. It's NOT a self-tanner, it's meant to be worn until you wash it off. Caution to the user- it's a beautiful, deep bronze, so if you're fair skinned like me, go easy with the application! I found that mixing it with my body lotion made the color more suitable for my skin tone, and it helped the application process too. The color is buildable, so if you want to go darker you just apply more. The best part is that if you miss a spot or get a spot too dark, it's easily corrected because it's non permanent. It's best to give yourself a few minutes of "drying time" before getting dressed, it does feel slightly sticky immediately after application and may transfer to clothing. I got a little on the inside of my khaki shorts one time, but it washed out in the laundry (I did spray it with some stain remover.) I've found this product to be a wonderful alternative to the mess, streaking, and especially the unpleasant smell of self tanners.Comment |

I've never written a review on here but I received this yesterday and anxiously put it on! I've been in the sun a couple times this summer but I'm not tan by any means. This stuff really helped to make me look tan and bronzed! And I didn't have to smell like self tanner!!! I did have bright orange/red palms but once I used Palmolive dish soap on them it came right off. I only put 2 coats on but I think I'll try a 3rd next time just to see how that looks. Will definitely buy again! Hope this review helps ;))

I was surprised by this. I've used tons and tons of self-tanning products over the years. I live in New England and have very pale skin. I always like the Sublime products as the color always comes out evenly and isn't orange. I didn't read the description well on this I guess, as I didn't realize it is "one-day" color. I like it, none the less! I put it on and added mascara...done! My husband even commented on how great my skin looked (weird!). It evens out my skin tone and gave me a light golden color. Perfect, considering it is still February! The color did come off a little on my clothes, but I got dressed right after I put it on. When I washed my face that night, some came off, but I found I kept a bit of color too. I was happy with that! I could see using this a few times a week going forward and it is excellent if you have an unexpected event/function where you need a tan ASAP. Very pleased!

Looks great, good color, I only use it on my legs to even our my color. I apply regular lotion first, then apply this tinted lotion, just make sure to rub in entirely and wash your hands immediately. Does not rub off on car seats or clothes that I have seen, NO SMELL! The previous self tanners I have used would just "stick" in my throat for a day, Lord knows what chemicals were in them. Each summer I would try a new one that claimed to be no smell. WRONG! This one passes the nose test for me and the color looks real. Washes off with soap and water.

I think it has been a while since they stopped making this product (nowhere to be found on the L'Oreal website) so when buying this item know that it is probably 2-3 years old, so now I am noticing little dry clumps in it. That just means you need to be more careful when putting it on or you'll have a big brown spot if it is not rubbed in properly. I shake it up a lot, but that doesn't seem to help much. I would say this item (wherever you get it from) is probably close to being on it's last legs. I doubt I would try and buy it again, which is a shame because even though you have to put this on each day, it's better for those, like me, that get disastrous results with other self-tanners. I just wish L'Oreal would start making it again.

I use this product to add a bit of color to my very pale face and neck. I'm a guy, and like the fact, actually, I LOVE the fact that there is no glitter and no perfume in this tinting lotion. Most every other brand has one or the other and usually both. The color looks very natural. Nobody knows I use a tinting lotion, well, expect for everybody...now that I've publically rated it, lol. It DOES always leave some transfer on the inside of the collar of any dress shirt that I wear but has always washed out, even on white dress shirts. It has never stained any of my shirts and I've used it for years. Love this product.

I haven't really used this yet, the intention is to take it away on holiday and use it when wearing shorts or short trousers so that my legs don't look like two bits of knotted string hanging from my clothes! I have had a play with it and I think it should be OK provided that a little patients is applied for the first few times you use it, and use latext gloves - these area must!
