Sweet, works, until you don't need it
It's decent quality--about the consistency of fine granulated white sugar. So...dissolvability/mixability is about what one would expect of sugar (not great and needing to be stirred a couple of times if not chugged in one go). It is, as all glycine products are, very sweet in a not- terribly- attractive way. Putting it in some product to consume is preferable to taking it straight.Initially I felt that it drastically improved the quality of my sleep, which is why I was taking it. I find it doesn't help now, and I suspect that is because I am no longer short of it in my system. Taking it in larger doses once appropriate levels of it are in the body seems to cause a sort of transient nausea/stomach upset, and so I am not currently taking it on a regular basis. If I find myself having more difficulty sleeping, I may try it again.What has helped me most with sleep is taking hormone replacement in the form of progesterone (but I am a post-menopausal female with extremely low levels of the adrenal and gonadal hormones), and I anticipate that the small testosterone dose I have begun recently will also contribute to improved sleep, according to human research efforts in the current healthcare literature.

Good quality
Good quality Glycine. About 1/8 of a teaspoon calms me down when I have anxiety and 1/4 of a teaspoon helps me rest. Will be purchasing again.

Easy To Use
This glycine powder is slightly sweet, easily dissolved in warm water and is an amino acid that may help with the formation of collagen.I find it is a good addition to hot cocoa and barely noticed in a cup of coffee with full fat cream. I have taken one teaspoon for about one week, so the effects of taking it would not be noticeable but I can vouch for its ease of use and taste. I think it is also reasonably priced.

Helps quiet my mind
I have problems sleeping. Because of my age, (75), my doctor said no more prescription sleep meds, which, admittedly, I relied on for far too long. Now I switch between several herbal/natural solutions, but sometimes my overactive brain just won't settle down. Dissolving glycine in a little warm water just before bed seems to help. Slightly sweet taste, but not much.

MY BROTHER SAYS THIS IS HEALTHY
Haven't yet opened it. Yet my "WHOLE PLANT BASED FOOD" Older Brother says this is healthy AND TO START WITH SMALL DOSES (Initially 1/4 teaspoon / day) with some people eventually taking 2 TABLESPOONS / DAY !!!

Works amazingly!
I take 3-4 grams 30-40 minutes before going to bed and I sleep like a baby. The next morning I feel good and fresh :)

It works. A spoonful of glycine...tastes like sugar
Glycine does keep my sinuses a little happier. And the best thing is, it practically tastes like sugar! Put it in your tea, it's better than stevia.It doesn't always substitute exactly as sugar, unfortunately. For example, cinnamon toast with it is a little weird. But still awesome.
